Carlin Conner
Chief Executive Officer
Carlin Conner has more than 28 years of experience in the midstream industry, including executive level experience gained through his leadership with SemGroup Corporation and Oiltanking. He also has substantial board experience related to the management and oversight of publicly traded corporations and master limited partnerships.
In 2000, Carlin joined a subsidiary of Oiltanking GmbH, a Germany based independent worldwide storage provider of crude oil, refined petroleum products and liquid chemicals. During his nearly 14 years with Oiltanking and its affiliates, he focused on international business development and operations and strategy, while serving in various leadership roles. From 2012 to 2014, Carlin served as global managing director of Oiltanking, and chairman of the board of directors of the general partner of Oiltanking Partners, L.P., a publicly traded master limited partnership engaged in independent terminaling, storage and transportation of crude oil, refined petroleum products and liquefied petroleum gas, from 2011 to 2014. From 2012 to 2014, he served as an executive board member of Marquardt & Bahls, AG, the parent company of Oiltanking, where he was instrumental in defining a new strategy for the energy supply, trading, and logistics business across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa.
From April 2014 to January 2020, Carlin was president, chief executive officer and a director of the board of directors of SemGroup Corporation, a publicly traded company engaged in gathering, transportation, storage, distribution, marketing and other midstream services, primarily in the US and Canada. He also served as chairman of the board of directors, president and chief executive officer of Rose Rock Midstream, a publicly traded MLP and subsidiary of SemGroup from 2014 to 2016. Carlin served as a senior advisor of Riverstone Holdings from April 2020 until his appointment as CEO of IMTT in March 2021.
Carlin is actively involved in various community and philanthropic initiatives, serving on the board of directors of the following: Bureau of Governmental Research, Business Council of New Orleans & The River Region, Metropolitan Crime Commission, and the National Petroleum Council.




Chris Partridge
Chris Partridge joined IMTT in August 2021 to lead the company’s corporate development efforts and to pursue innovative opportunities in support of the energy transition.
Prior to joining IMTT, Chris was a private equity investment professional at Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners, where he focused primarily on investments in the energy and chemical sectors. Prior to Stonepeak, Chris served as a Vice President at USD Group, where he led Corporate Development for USD’s privately-owned parent and its publicly-traded subsidiary, USD Partners. Chris began his career in investment banking as a member of Evercore’s energy investment banking team.
Chris was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Masters in Finance from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.

Shaun Revere
Shaun Revere joined IMTT in April 2021 as Chief Operations Officer to lead the company’s operations and commercial teams. Shaun brings almost 30 years of experience in the midstream space.
Most recently, Shaun served as senior vice president, business development crude oil for Energy Transfer. In this role, he led the commercial team covering all of Energy Transfer’s long-haul crude pipelines and storage terminals. Shaun served as president and CEO of Houston Fuel Oil Terminal Company prior to it being purchased by SemGroup in 2017. For SemGroup, he served as executive vice president U.S. commercial. He also served as president of Mabanaft, a privately held trading company. Shaun spent his early career in various commercial and operations roles at GATX Terminals and Oiltanking.
Shaun holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Rice University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a former board member of the International Liquid Terminal Association.

Matthew Rosenboom
Matthew Rosenboom was appointed Chief Financial Officer of IMTT in June 2018, after serving as the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis since 2014.
Prior to joining IMTT, Mr. Rosenboom worked for IMTT’s parent company, Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation (NYSE: MIC) since 2007, where he served as an investment and asset manager across MIC’s Atlantic Aviation, IMTT, Hawaii Gas, and District Energy businesses. He is also a member of Greater New Orleans, Inc. Board of Directors.
Mr. Rosenboom holds a Master’s degree in Finance from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.




Traci Johnson, P.E.
Traci Johnson has served in IMTT’s Environmental, Health, Safety and Security department for 20 years. In addition to her tenure at IMTT, she has worked for two environmental consulting firms, providing environmental engineering support to a number of industries, including oil and gas, ammonia refrigeration, fiberglass manufacturing, landfills, and food product manufacturing.
Ms. Johnson is a licensed professional engineer in several states. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration, all from Tulane University. She also holds an Industrial Hygiene certificate from the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Ms. Johnson is a member of the International Liquid Trade Association (ILTA) board of directors and formerly served as Environmental Chair of ILTA’s Environmental, Health, and Safety Committee. She is also an active member of the American Petroleum Institute’s Committee on Evaporative Loss Emissions.

Richard Jurisich
Richard Jurisich was appointed Secretary and General Counsel of IMTT in January 2017. Prior to assuming this position at IMTT, Mr. Jurisich was a member of the New Orleans law firm of Coleman, Johnson, Artigues & Jurisich, LLC where his primary responsibilities involved legal representation of IMTT, including governance, commercial matters, acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. While with his prior firm, Mr. Jurisich also served as a volunteer attorney for the Crimestoppers Organization in New Orleans where he represented the non-profit organization in various court proceedings. Mr. Jurisich received his BA and JD from Tulane University.

Kay Kittleman
Kay Kittleman joined IMTT as Vice President of Human Resources in March 2021. She has over 25 year of industry experience. Prior to IMTT, Ms. Kittleman served as Vice President of Human Resources for Energy Transfer after the company purchased SemGroup where she held the same position. Prior to joining SemGroup, she served as a human resources consultant for a staffing firm; as manager, corporate financial reporting group, at The Williams Companies; as an accountant for Thorn Americas; and as senior auditor at Coopers & Lybrand. Ms. Kittleman is an SHRM senior certified professional and a certified public accountant in Oklahoma. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, from the University of Tulsa.
